Align works with a wide variety of businesses and organizations, serving each in a different way. Here is a small sampling of our clients and what we do to help them be stronger and more efficient.
Strong Families, Strong Wyoming
Strong Families, Strong Wyoming manages a federal grant that works with high school age students from across Wyoming to help build better relationships and better lives. The program provides education on relationships, parenting for young parents, communications and life sequencing. Align has worked closely with Strong Families, Strong Wyoming over the past year to provide ongoing Continuous Quality Improvement support. Align created a CQI plan for the program and works on a regular basis with staff to ask appropriate questions, review the data and create plans for improvement.
Wyoming Community College Commission
Align administers and services several programs for the commission, including the Wyoming Investment in Nursing (WyIN) Tuition Program, the Teacher Shortage Loan Repayment Program (TSLRP) and the Wyoming Adjunct Professor Loan Repayment Program (WAPLR). We work closely with universities and community colleges and the WCCC to ensure participants comply with program rules and requirements, maintain records, and monitor and track student progress.
Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ)
Since 1973, the DEQ has served as the state’s regulatory agency charged with protecting, conserving and enhancing Wyoming’s land, air and water for the benefit of current and future generations. Most recently, Align has worked with the Water Quality and AML divisions of the DEQ, providing detailed process mapping that helped to improve processes, structures and outcomes. Through this process, Align helped identify efficiencies and improved processes, some of which include updating systems, restructuring staffing to better meet the agency’s needs, and leveraging other state divisions, services and general streamlining.
